Preparations for the second phase of Spokane Public Schools’ long-range facility and technology improvement plan are underway and we want to hear from you. Several community forums are scheduled to give community members a chance to share their comments and learn about the projects being considered for a 2009 bond. All forums start at 7 p.m.
