All student athletes must be registered on Final Forms, have a current physical on file (within the last 2 years) and have their *ASB fees paid ($15).

*Washington State Legislature passed a house bill (HB) 1660. It states that each student who is eligible to participate in the federal free and reduced-price meals program will have fees associated with attending or participating in optional non-credit extracurricular activities waived However, a parental release must be submitted to access eligibility data. If you feel you qualify to have your students' fees waived, please fill out the Extracurricular Fee Waiver Application and return to the business office.
