Retiree Health Insurance Webinars:
If you are considering retiring in the near future and are interested in learning about Retiree Health Insurance offered through the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program, you can now register to attend a free webinar.
Monthly webinars, hosted by Outreach and Training staff from the Health Care Authority (HCA), will provide an overview of retiree health insurance available through the PEBB Program. Learn about eligibility criteria, medical and dental plan availability, monthly premiums, and the enrollment process.
While retiree health insurance is not offered through the SEBB Program, it is available to eligible school employees through the PEBB Program.
IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS:
Responsible individuals may access a copy of Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, by logging into your Employee Online account.
Prior employees who are enrolled in the plan may request a copy of Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, by emailing Spokane Public Schools Benefits at SPSBenefits@spokaneschools.org, by calling 509.354.7333, or by mailing a request to:
Spokane Public Schools, Benefits Office, 200 N Bernard, Spokane, WA 99201
Requests should include Name, Address and Phone Number should you need to be reached to verify your employment information. Physical copies of Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage will be returned via mail within 20 business days from the date the request is received.
