The Express registration process is important so schools and families have the same information related to contacts, health and more.

All forms below are required to complete your registration packet and must be submitted to move forward with scheduling. Any missing documentation will cause a delay or possibly a waitlist status for your child(ren). All Express accounts and state co-pays must be current to complete the enrollment process.

Registration Steps and Required Documents

Step 1: Online Registration

**Registrations and paperwork from Step 2 and Step 3 received after 8/11/24 cannot be guaranteed to start with the beginning of the school year.**

Complete the Online Registration form for elementary students 5 to 12 years of age (Grades K to 5) enrolled in Spokane Public Schools by clicking the link for your Express Site linked below. You will receive a message box indicating “Registration successfully submitted”, upon completion of the electronic registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of registrations, a completed registration may not guarantee entry. If, after registration is received, it is determined that your requested site and program are already full or not offered, we will notify you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Step 2: Signature Form

Print and complete the online signature form from the link below and return to Express Billing

Step 3: Immunization Status

For auditing purposes, we are only able to accept the forms provided from one of the two options listed below. We cannot accept any other forms to include shot summaries, vaccination records, etc.

Option 1:

Create an account with MyIR and provide a copy of your child's immunization records from their system. These records are system verified and do not need the signature of a parent/guardian or health care provider.

Option 2:

Complete the Certificate of Immunization template document linked below with parent/guardian signature and obtain the signature of your health care provider on the certification statement at the bottom.

Required documents from Step 2 and 3 can be returned as attachments to Express Billing or mailed to our district office:

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required per child to complete your registration and will be invoiced electronically through our invoicing system as we process your registration. Payment can be made in your parent portal at that time, or you can mail a check to Express Billing. This payment is due upon receipt once invoiced to complete your registration.

Communication

Most communication, including invoicing, schedule confirmation, messages, etc. is made through our Prime Childcare program and will appear as:

NOTE: admin@blast.pccsoft.com is an unmonitored email account. Any direct communication should be sent to ExpressBilling@SpokaneSchools.org.
