Middle School Athletics
Middle school students have plenty of opportunities to join a school sport and engage in real life activities. School sports offer lessons on being part of a team, hard work, adversity, success and much more.
Registration
Parents must register students for school sports using FinalForms, an online data management service. FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning families will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates data wherever possible, saving time for families registering multiple students.
IMPORTANT: You will receive an account confirmation email from FinalForms. Please click the link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s) information. If you do not receive the email and want to register your student, please contact your school’s Athletic Coordinator.
Physicals
Students must also have a physical exam on file using the form linked below.
