Complete this form if you are interested in an option school or "choicing" to a school outside your neighborhood school.

If you are new to SPS, you must first complete the New Student Registration Form.

APPLY

This process allows current/returning students to check their information for accuracy and allows families to update their information.*

A "snapcode" (i.e. a unique password) is required and can be requested by directly contacting your school - they are also working on sending invitation emails to all families throughout the fall
