Every year, our Middle School Students attend a campout trip to Mount Rainier. Their 4-day overnight trip provides our students with real-world, hands-on field experiments and is a vital part of science education in geology and biology at Mount Rainier National Park.
While they are there, they develop positive connections to nature, foster awareness and appreciation for the outdoors, promote environmental stewardship, exposure to healthy outdoor activities, and support positive social and community development!
