Every year, SPS students display their artwork at a gallery as part of Downtown Spokane’s First Friday Art Walk series.
This year, artwork by Rogers, Shadle Park, Ferris, North Central, and Lewis and Clark high school students will be on display at Kolva-Sullivan Gallery.
Shadle Park and Rogers students spent time on Monday this week installing their work with guidance and support from their art teachers, district carpenters, gallery manager Jennifer LaRue and Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture curator Rachel Allen.
All are welcome to appreciate their work during the opening reception on Friday, Feb. 7, 5-8 p.m.
